Legal guidance to persons and legal entities on bankruptcy law, including liabilities for corporate debts in cases of winding up or bankruptcy;
Legal defense of the winding up company in ongoing bankruptcy procedures;
Administrative defense of the winding up company in ongoing administrative procedures before the regulatory agencies (Susep, ANS, Bacen, Previc etc.);
